Your day-to-day
- Keep our CRM in top shape - making sure every deal, client, and update is properly tracked.
- Help us measure the effectiveness of the sales process through defined metrics (pipeline velocity, win rate, avg deal size).
- Double-check and maintain data accuracy across the sales process and after project handovers - making documentation your superpower.
- You see beyond just “keeping CRM clean” — you want to support sales with client, investor, and market insights that make conversations sharper.
- You’re obsessed with order, but you also know manual data entry isn’t the future - you think in processes and automations to reduce repetitive work.
- Explore and test new tools (Clay, Apollo, Writesonic, Slack automations, etc.) to make our work faster and smoother.
- Create reports and draw meaningful conclusions from KPIs - not just measuring, but helping us understand what the numbers really say.
