Your day-to-day
- Developing and maintaining the product roadmap & ensuring alignment with the project vision.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, no-code, to ensure that the product meets the desired specifications
- Defining growth metrics for individual products in cooperation with the team
- Writing code with help of AI to match the best standards of product development.
- Ensuring the product is scalable, reliable, and secure
- Testing the product thoroughly to identify and fix any issues before launch
- Monitoring the product's performance and user feedback after launch, iterating and improving as necessary
It’s a match if you’re like this
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or a similar role, with a portfolio of successful web-based products.
- Solid skills how to leverage AI tooling for productivity gains.
- Strong knowledge of modern web development languages, TypeScript/JavaScript, and at least one of Python, Rust, C#.
- Experience with React/JSX-based web frameworks, preferably Next.js (app directory).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, networks, and associated technologies like Docker, CDN, Edge Workers, etc.
- Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases preferably PostgreSQL.
- Architecture design skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Linear.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest development trends and technologies.
- (nice to have) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
